Zucchini Gratin
Easy, cheesy and basily
3 Tbl. olive oil
2 pounds zucchini cut in 1/4 inch rounds
1 jar Cucina Fresca Basil Cream Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Saute zucchini in olive oil until soft, about 10 minutes. Add Basil Cream Sauce to pan and heat sauce until warm. Season with salt and pepper. Place into 8x8 baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

I like to add some sliced button mushrooms to this dish.
Feel free to use Alfredo Sauce instead of Basil Cream they switch up great in this recipe.
