2 jars Cucina Fresca Alfredo Sauce
1 whole roasted chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, green peas)
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
2 each 10 inch pie crust
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place Alfredo in bowl. Remove chicken from bone, chop, add to Alfredo. Thaw mixed vegetables under warm water, strain, add to mix. Add seasonings.
Grease 9 inch pie pan. Place pie crust in pie pan. Add Alfredo mix to pie pan. Top with second pie crust. Crimp dough edges. Cut 3 to 4 vents in crust. Place in oven, bake 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Let the pot pie sit for 5 minutes before serving.
