A slightly spicy and sweet fall favorite. This is one simple side dish that I love to serve with roasted poultry or pork.
1 jar (16 oz) Cucina Fresca Puttanesca Sauce
2 each 29 oz can sweet potatoes
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain sweet potatoes. Mash with fork. Add Puttanesca sauce and Parmesan cheese, mix well. Place in oven safe dish, top with a little more cheese bake 30 minutes or until warm.
Short on time-
You can also microwave for 4 to 6 minutes.

Brad’s puts a lot of heart into his Puttanecsa sauce, and the incredible variety of fresh ingredients makes for diverse flavors. Best to go with a strong red, like Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sangiovese, or Tempranillo.
