I truly believe my dad invented the pizza bagel over thirty-five years ago. He used to make them for me when I was little and I loved them (still do). This one’s for you pop!
1 jar Cucina Fresca Marinara Sauce
4 plain bagels
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice bagels in half (not finger!!!). Top with sauce then cheese. Bake on sheet tray for about 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly brown.

Chianti is a sure bet with any pizza-inspired recipe, and most Italian red wines will be a great choice. I find that Washington Tempranillo is a particularly good match with this classic snack.
