Ham, onions, bell pepper and fresh Marinara, what a way to start the day!
1/2 cup Cucina Fresca Marinara Sauce
3 Tbl olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/4 pound ham, diced
Sauté onions and bell pepper in olive oil until soft and slightly golden brown. Add ham cook for about 2 more minutes. Add Marinara to the pan until warm. Wisk eggs in bowl for 30-45 seconds and cook in a separate (non-stick) preheated pan. Spoon Marinara mixture across the center of the eggs and with a spatula, lift oneside of the cooked egg over the other and gently slide on to plate.
