A little garlic. A little butter. Some shrimp and linguine, what can be bad!
1 package Cucina Fresca Linguine
3 T. butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 t. crushed red pepper
1 c. white wine
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 T. parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Cook linguine as directed, strain place in serving dish.
Melt butter in a large saute pan over medium heat, add garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes.
Add white wine, cook 1 minute. Add shrimp cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour over linguine, top with grated Parmesan cheese.
