Smoked Tomato Dressing
This dressing has so many different uses, from a burger topping to cole slaw dressing to my favorite, a smoked tomato caesar salad.
1/2 cup Cucina Fresca Smoked Tomato sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
Place Smoked Tomato sauce, lemon juice and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix.
I like a few twists of some fresh cracked black pepper.
